Day 1: Arrival Amman Airport – Amman Hotel
Upon arrival at Amman Airport. Then transfer to your hotel in Amman for overnight.
Day 2 – Amman – Umm Qais – Ajloun – Jerash –Madaba hotel
We start our day after breakfast In the morning we drive two hours from Amman to Gadara (Umm Qais), which belonged to the famous Decapolis, a union of 10 cities founded by Alexander the Great. Here you have an overwhelming view over the north Jordan Valley, the Golan Heights and the Sea of Galilee. From here we drive to the Islamic castle Ajloun with panorama views to the Jordan Valley We leave to Jerash, the best example of a Roman provincial city in the whole Middle East. Visit Oval Plaza, Roman colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum and the Temple of Artemis… Overnight Madaba hotel.
Day 3 – Madaba – Mt Nebo- king’s way – wadi bin Hammad- Kerak castle – Dana camp
We start our day. After breakfast we visit Madaba, to see the famous mosaic 6th-century map of Palestine in St. George’s church. We head to Mt. Nebo, the place where Prophet Moses gazed at the Promised Land before he died. After that we. Driving along the famous ancient caravan route the King’s Way, we drive to wadi bin Hammad. Wadi Bin (Ibn) Hammad Hot Spring is situated between Madaba and al-Karak, south of the capital Amman. It is hidden deep inside a large valley with lush vegetation, hanging gardens, palm trees, and plenty of water running through a narrow gorge (Siq). The area is popular with locals because of the hot spring, cool temperatures and picnic Then we continue to Kerak .In Kerak visit the famous Crusader castle built in 1132/34 by King Baldwin I. of Jerusalem. Continue to Dana for overnight at Dana camp.
Day 4 – Danan – Shoubak – little petra- petra hotel
We start our day .after breakfast Dana nature reserve is truly a world of natural treasures. Visitors to Dana will experience the beauty of Grumman mountain, the timeless tranquility of Dana Village, and the grandeur of the red and white sandstone cliffs of Wadi Dana. The Dana Village area, overlooking the scenic Wadi Dana, has been occupied since 4000BC. Enjoy the white dome trail: 8 km trail, taking around 3 hours. then we continue our trip to visit Shobak the Crusader castle built by King Baldwin I. of Jerusalem. Then we drive to visit a little Petra. In Nabatean times it was the meeting point for the camel caravans. Overnight Petra hotel.
Day 5 – Petra visit
We start our day .after breakfast visit. red rose city Petra, Jordan’s biggest attraction. Petra was established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabatean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and founded a commercial empire. From the Visitor’s Center, we walk to the Siq, the narrow canyon, and go on to the most beautiful monument: the Treasury. Stroll along the Street of Facades and the Theatre to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh’s Castle. Overnight in petra.
Day 6 – Petra- wadi rum
We start our day .after breakfast. We drive to Wadi rum. The Bedouin guide will welcome you then we will begin your 4×4 Jeep Tour adventure. Your tour itinerary will begin with a visit to the Nabatean Temple, where you will have the opportunity to observe ancient ruins. From there we will move to the majestic Qatar Spring. There you can easily climb a nearby rock formation and take in the scenery and one of the best views of the vast landscape. After Qatar Spring, we will take you to see one of the most interestingly-shaped rock formations in Wadi Rum, known as “The Cow Rock”, and as its name suggests, it is essentially a towering statue of a cow, formed naturally by the rock. From there, we would continue on to the Barrah Canyon where we will have lunch in the shade of a humbling cliff. After lunch, there is an optional short trek through the canyon for about a kilometer. We then drive to the base of the mountain that holds the Jebel Burdah rock bridge, and then on to Um Fruth Bridge (which is about 20 meters high and a favorite for climbers) and Khazali Canyon. Overnight outside.
Day 7 – Wadi rum- Aqaba
We start our day. After breakfast, we drive to the red sea resort Aqaba where you have the opportunity to spend a full day at the red sea for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling after a long and tiring journey in the desert. Overnight in Aqaba.
Day 8 – Aqaba – Wadi Weida’a -Dead Sea
We will start our day after Breakfast, check out hotel. Wadi Weida’a is on the road from Kerak to the Dead Sea and starts about 6kms before Mazra’a, reachable by bus from Kerak. About 100m from the road there is a small artificial pool that collects water from a small spring. Follow the water upstream into the gorge which is no more than 2 km long. You will be walking through fragrant myrtle bushes which are very rare in Jordan. At the upper end of the gorge is a waterfall about 4 meters high; you cannot go much further. Then we move to the Dead Sea which is the lowest point on earth, in the Dead Sea, you have leisure time and the chance to float on the water we spend time in the privet beach. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 9 – Dead sea – Amman airport
Departure time transfer to Amman airport to say farewell and board your flight.
